Privacy Notice

This website is run by Eselde LLC, doing business as HPP Los Angeles (“HPPLA”, “we”). This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through the site. Effective October 18, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the Customer Processing Request Form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, product and shipping details, and the certificate file if you attach one. If you call or email us, we receive what you send.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The only cookies are the ones set when a customer signs in to the Customer Portal (see below).

Why we use it

Only to process your products and to contact you about your order. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Where it goes

Form requests are emailed to our business inboxes, which are hosted by Google (Gmail). You also receive a copy at the email address you enter. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.

Details saved on your device

To save you typing, the request form remembers your answers in your own browser, on your own device. They are never sent to us until you submit the form. Order-specific details (BOL #, lot or batch number, dates and times, attachments and the confirmation boxes) are never saved. Use the “Clear saved details” button on the form to remove them at any time.

Customer Portal

Customers with a portal account can sign in to see their orders, lots, certificates and invoices. The portal is run by our operations system at api.hpplosangeles.com, which is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States. Signing in sets a sign-in cookie there and a security cookie that protects your actions from forgery. They are used only to keep you signed in to the portal, and the portal shows only your own company's records. The sign-in cookie ends when you sign out, when you close your browser, or after 12 hours, whichever comes first.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle your order and keep normal business records, then delete them.
