• High Pressure Processing (HPP)

  Your sealed, packaged product goes into our HPP vessel, where cold water and extreme pressure inactivate pathogens and spoilage organisms without heat or chemical additives. Taste, color, texture and nutrients stay intact. How HPP Works

• Date Coding

  We apply expiration or best-by date codes to your packages. Tell us the date code you need on your processing request; a shelf life study is required before we can date code your product.

• Cartoning

  We pack your finished units into cartons, ready for retail shelves or distribution.

• Case‑Packing

  We pack processed product into cases or crates for shipping. Note case‑packing on your processing request and deliver your case‑packing materials or crates with your product drop-off.

• Palletization

  We build your cases into pallets, ready for pickup by your carrier or distributor.

• Onboarding Assistance

  New to HPP? We guide you from a compatibility check and trial batch through onboarding paperwork and your master manufacturing record, and we can connect you with laboratories for a process authority letter or validation study.
